Please note that our office will be closed for Christmas from Friday 24th December and will re-open on the 6th January. We will however be open for online orders on certain dates during this time – 23rd December 2nd January and 3rd January. On these dates (as well as on Friday 20th December) we will have a 2pm cut off for all orders. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped until the following working day.  

For Armor Inkanto orders – the last date that we will be able to ship Armor thermal transfer ribbons will be Thursday 19th December – midday order cut off. We will not be able to ship ANY Armor thermal transfer ribbons between Friday 20th December and Thursday 2nd January. Any orders placed for Armor ribbons after 12:00 on Thursday 19th December will not be shipped until 2nd January.  

For Zebra products – we will be processing and shipping ONLY ONLINE Zebra orders on Monday 23rd December, Thursday 2nd January and Friday 3rd January – with a 2pm order cut off.  Any in stock products ordered on those dates before 2pm will be shipped as normal. Any Zebra orders placed between Thursday 24th December and Wednesday 1st January will be processed and shipped on Thursday 2nd January.   

For Bartender software – we cannot guarantee that any orders placed for BarTender software after midday on Friday 20th December will be fulfilled until Friday 3rd January.
