It was very easy to use the live chat facility on the Smart labelling website in order to select the right product for us, and the operative was kind enough to ring me before the labels were sent, just to check that I was clear about the size I'd ordered, and giving me an opportunity to change the order if necessary. Clearly, customer satisfaction really matters to this company, which is great. The labels arrived in good time, too.
